Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Max Sauer earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic, graduating with honors. He later returned to Logan to teach classes in chiropractic adjusting and clinical evaluation.

Proud to have provided chiropractic care to active duty military personnel at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, he subsequently opened his own private practice in the area to serve the broader community's chiropractic needs.

Believing in mastering a variety of chiropractic techniques to accommodate the specific needs of each patient, he utilizes both manual and instrument-assisted adjusting techniques, as well as myofascial release techniques to treat soft tissues like muscles and tendons.

Outside of work, he enjoys working out and golfing. You may also find him with his wife, Heather, at the pool, the movie theater, or at the dog park with their boxer dog, Sunee.
